It's baseball time folks! These pics are credited to the lovely Melissa McMaster. March 6th I do believe.
One of the guys in our ward is a pitcher at BYU, but who needs an excuse to go to a game? Not us! We played University of Utah and DESTROYED THEM. It was a little sad. I think we left during the fourth inning since it was 20-3 or something crazy like that. It was also wicked cold. I keep thinking it should be spring in lovely happy valley since all my siblings are swimming in pools and wearing shorts back home. Spring is very different in Utah. It means the weather changed every single day from wind to rain to sun to snow. Literally. It still snows. I love Utah though.
Not only did Jeremy share his candy, but Chris's mom bought everyone hot dogs. Too nice. We're spoiled, which can be life saving as a college student. What is food? ;)
March 7th - Learning to french braid! I'm sure we were suppose to be doing something productive like homework, but it was much more fun to teach Marie to French braid. I'm not pro a I don't know how helpful I was. Marie has been on a hair kick learning how to curl it several different ways and do different styles. I think not having the internet at her disposal everyday during the mission has started to sink in.
The first few attempts weren't fantastic, but she got it within two days. I thought that was extremely impressive since I don't think I've been great and I've been working at it for three years.
