Tangled Tiaras

March 29th
Jerika is too nice to invite me to hang out with her and the other older Mesquite girls. Her husband cleared out as we made flower crowns, shakes, and watched Tangled. We actually watched an "edited" version of Tangled. It was the only copy we could find. I don't think there were any differences from the other hundred times I've watched the movie. Not sure what you can take out of it to make a Disney movie more kid friendly. Here is my completed crown. It turned out a lot thicker than I was expecting.  Valerie loved it when I brought it home from college.

Jerika hard at work. She had a great pattern going.

Kristen, Suzanna, and Ashley.
They are funny. It was great to catch up and just listen to all their stories. Kristen gave up after one little clump, but I think hers turned out the cutest. Something you might actually wear around on campus. Maybe. Suzanna's was normal too, until she wanted to be an Indian. That is a leaf sticky straight up that she kept fiddling with. I'm not sure if Ashley ever finished. She was having lots of difficulties. She and Suzanna came late because they were stuck at a gas station, but some guys came to save the day.

Phone stolen. There were many more than just these two beauties. ;)

The night was fun, but made me miss Laura Hawkes.
They're so cool. I'm always okay to grow up to be like them, just two years late.
